The fundamental principles of the Investor Relations (IR) department of Snai are consistency and promptness in reporting as well as a guarantee of equal access to corporate information.

In addition, the IR department - when exercising its activities - can rely upon the support of top management for that concerning transparency and availability with respect to the community of investors and financial analysts.

As a company listed within the Italian stock exchange, it is in the interest of Snai to communicate effectively with the financial community and with other interested entities in order to guarantee the correct and fair evaluation of the company's stock.

In order to ensure an efficient communication process, it is fundamental to guarantee the accuracy of the reported information, as well as completeness and transparency when disclosing information on the performance of company operations; the company must also commit to constantly update this information in the case of substantial changes in previously reported information.

Within Snai, the IR department integrates financial and reporting competencies as well as knowledge of currently effective regulations pertaining to financial markets by availing itself of the support of the Corporate & Legal Affairs Department in order to guarantee effective two-way communication between the Company and the financial community, an essential condition to correctly valuate the stock price.

Snai discloses all decisions and circumstances pertaining to the Company and its operations which can significantly affect the value of the company’s listed securities.

All investors have equal access to important information through publication of the latter on the Company’s website under the section “Investor Relations” or through direct communications with the relevant departments.
